BuildForLIFE helps to rebuild the homes of cancer patients in disaster areas and empowers cancer survivors and their friends and family to volunteer on these life-affirming projects. Since 2006 we have helped to rebuild the homes of a number of families on the Gulf Coast struggling to recover from Hurricane Katrina while also battling cancer. Our goal is to extend this experience on a national level and empower cancer survivors from around the country with this unique, hands-on, and life-changing volunteer opportunity.
Donations to BuildForLIFE are tax-deductible via the non-profit fiscal sponsorship of The New York Says Thank You Foundation, a charitable organization recognized under section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue code.
